Nexvora Labs operates DebtEscape AI at debtescape.xyz. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We've written it plainly — no legalese designed to confuse.
When you join our waitlist or submit feedback, we collect your name and email address. If you use the DebtEscape AI tool, you may enter debt details such as balances, interest rates, and payment amounts — this information is stored to provide the service. We do not collect bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or full financial account details.
We use your contact information to send you product updates, early access notifications, and responses to your feedback. We use debt-related information you enter solely to provide the planning features you've requested. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement secure API architecture and access controls. While we take security seriously and follow best practices, no digital system is entirely immune to risk. We minimize what we store to reduce exposure.
DebtEscape AI uses minimal cookies necessary for the website to function correctly. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info.nexvoralabs@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
DebtEscape AI is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify waitlist members by email before the changes take effect.
